Inspire is owned and managed by Dr. Jeff Jones, an orthopedic surgeon, and Molly C. Jones, an attorney and licensed engineer. Inspire Medical has been recognized by Louisville as a High Impact Business, is a member of HealthEnterprises Network, and is a member of the Greater Louisville Healthcare Advisory Board.

Since our humble beginning with an initial management contract in Green County (hence the original name), the company has experienced steady growth. Now in our fifteenth year, we continue to provide excellent service, quality physicians, and a unique management style to our hospitals. Dr. Jones uses a “hands-on” approach by being personally involved in each of the hospitals and by being available for issues or concerns 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

With nearly one-half of emergency department patients treated each year in our small county hospitals, the need for quality rural medicine is just as great there as in Kentucky’s larger metropolitan areas. We believe that the best service to our hospitals, the best care for Kentucky’s patients, and being able to offer the most rewarding practice opportunities, is not achieved through a multistate group, but rather by focusing our talents in Kentucky.
